NMC Transfer Guide

Program: General Education Without MACRAO or MTA
Students planning to transfer to SVSU WITHOUT completing the requirements for the MACRAO or MTA Agreement should fulfill SVSU Area requirements by selecting courses from the following NMC course recommendations.
Svsu General Education Requirements
SVSU's General Education Program comprises Basic Skills Requirements and 35 credit hours in 10 categories listed below. Two courses chosen from Categories 2-8 must be designated Communication Intensive (CI). At this time, these courses will have to be taken at SVSU.
*Three categories: 3-Numerical Understanding, 9-Oral Communication, and 10-Written Communication must be completed in the student's first 75 credit hours or subsequent registration will be blocked.
