Maintenance Courses (2)

NMC aviation offers two courses for the individual or group interested in working on their own aircraft or perhaps learning the skills and confidence necessary to safely assemble an experimental metal aircraft.

Weekend Aircraft Maintenance Course

Designed for the aircraft owner desiring to learn how to safely complete allowable FAA preventive maintenance tasks. Workshops are conducted on Saturday from 8am-5pm and on Sunday from 1-5pm.

Course fee: $399

Aircraft Sheet Metal Basics

Weekend course designed to train you on basic sheet metal skills. Each student will learn how to drill, deburr, dimple, countersink, and drive rivets. Participants will layout and assemble two workshop projects. Gain the confidence and skills needed to assemble your own metal aircraft kit.

Course Fee: $319
