Business Revised 6/8/09

Business Administration Department

The Business Administration program prepares students for the challenges of the ever-changing business world. Specialized courses and liberal arts studies provide students with the foundation needed for careers in a field marked by rapid processing of information, constant change, and increasing competition.

The Business Administration Associate of Applied Science degree is offered in five different areas of concentration to choose from: General Business, Computer Applications, Insurance, Management, or Marketing.

We also offer a Technical Management Administration degree and a Customer Energy Specialist certificate. The Technical Managment degree is available only to students who have already completed an associate degree in a technical area (Technical, Health, or Visual Communications). This degree is not available to the student whose first degree is from a Business program. The Customer Energy Specialist certificate is sponsored by Consumers Energy, and students may apply for an internship with Consumers Energy. For more information on the Customer Energy Specialist certificate, please call 231-995-1159.

See the links below for a model schedule of each degree and certificate.
