The Business computer lab is located in JB204 of the James J. Beckett Building. During the academic year the lab is staffed by student workers under the supervision of Beth Norconk, Computer Systems Specialist.

The computer lab features a complete line of resources and is used regularly by Computer Information Systems students enrolled in CIS courses, but it is also open to all NMC students faculty and staff.

Students, faculty, and staff are asked to follow NMC's Computer Facilities Guidelines while using the lab.

Students are asked to sign-in with the student worker in the logbook every time they visit the lab and to sign-out before leaving. It is important to have an accurate account of the computer lab use. The logbook is used to create reports that are used to establish the schedule for open hours and to make requests for additional funding for student workers and equipment upgrades.
