The following information should be included on your resume

  1. The type of work or specific job title you are seeking.
  2. Your contact information including:
    1. First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name
    2. Street Address
    3. City, State Zip
    4. Telephone Number
    5. Email (Optional)
  3. The name and address of the prospective employer if known.
  4. Applicable skills information including job, transfer, and fitting-in skills that the prospective employer would be interested in knowing about.
  5. Your employment history including:
    1. Title of position held
    2. Name of company
    3. City and State that the company is located in.
    4. Inclusive dates of employment. Include month and year.
    5. Description of what you did on the job and what you can do as a result of the employment.
  6. Education:
    1. Name of Program
    2. Name of School
    3. City and State where located
    4. Date started (month and Year) to Present or last date attended.
    5. Graduated (Yes/No) What you learned and/or what you can do as a result of your education.
  7. Other applicable Information if it applies to the type of position you are seeking:
