NMC Theater Program

Some students select a course of study that requires a four-year degree of which two years may be completed at Northwestern Michigan College through completion of the Associate in Science and Arts degree (ASA).

Students interested in the field of Theater at NMC will study acting, play production, and theater. Course work in this area will also include credits chosen from the speech, communications, and literature areas. Students planning to transfer to complete a bachelor’s degree in theater should pursue an Associate in Science and Arts degree program that includes credits from the courses listed below.
