There is high demand for qualified technicians
in the heating and cooling industry. HVACR technicians install, maintain, and
repair heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Because
of continuing demand, HVACR technicians can usually find employment with good
beginning salaries.
The HVACR Certificate Program consists
of three levels (6 courses). Core HVACR Level 1 - Part A is the entry
course for the Certificate Program.
The Advanced HVAC Certificate can be obtained
by taking an additional 2 courses that are listed as electives.
The curriculum is designed by the industry
and aligned with national competency standards.
