Core HVACR Level I – Part A
This course covers the basic principles of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning. Through structured classroom and hands-on skill building, you will learn:

•   safety, trade math, HVAC tools
•   heating and cooling installation
•   gas piping
•   soldering and brazing copper
•   ductwork installation

Prerequisite for this course is Core HVACR Level I – Part A or equivalent skills. The course covers:

•   refrigerant charging and recovery
•   proper evacuation

Advanced HVACR and Plumbing Courses
Designed for the HVACR and Plumbing technician who would like to enhance skills and knowledge. These modules provide high-end skills for improved work performance. Specific courses can count toward certificate completion.

Hydronic and Solar Heating Systems
This is an introduction to the basic types of hydronic and solar heating systems and their components. It includes an overview of layout and installation of these systems, and discusses methods of inhibiting corrosion in solar heating systems.

Installing and Servicing Water Heating Systems
Learn how to install water heaters and get the necessary knowledge to troubleshoot and service them. All types of water heaters will be covered, including gas fired, electric, solar, indirect, and on-demand.
