Refrigerant Certification Training and Testing
Get up-to-date certification required by the EPA for anyone purchasing refrigerants or working on air conditioning or refrigeration systems.

Topics covered:
•   refrigerant recovery procedures
•   laws/legislation • refrigerants and oils
•   charging procedures • leak detection

Tests administered include Core, Type I (small appliances), Type II (air conditioning), and Type III (low pressure). Who should attend: A/C service techs and installers, maintenance technicians, supervisors, business owners, and anyone who plans to purchase or work with refrigerant. The cost includes study materials, test, and final certificate. Instructor, Stephen Morse, has certified over 2,500 people with a pass rate of 95%.

Carbon Monoxide Safety and
Combustion Analysis Certification

Carbon Monoxide Safety training provides information on carbon monoxide source investigation—from prevention through first response. Combustion Analysis and Performance training increases your understanding of the combustion process in residential and light commercial applications.

Through lecture, field examples, and demonstration, we’ll cover:
•   diagnosing common sources of CO and CO poisoning
•   health effects
•   combustion safety and mechanical codes
•   combustion testing for performance
•   interpreting analysis results
•   evaluating draft, combustion air, and building pressures

Students will take a certification exam approved through the Carbon Monoxide Safety Association. Recommended for: HVAC service technicians, equipment distributors, maintenance personnel, fuel suppliers, plumbers, and building and home inspectors.
