If you are an absolute beginner, this hands-on class takes the mystery out of computers and explores common jargon, computer hardware, and the most popular software packages. Learn how to use the mouse, when to left or right click, the difference between the I-beam and insertion point, and the function of the keyboard. You’ll be introduced to basic Windows computer operations; word processing basics like manipulating text, cut, paste, and copy; and how to save your work using Microsoft Word. Gain the knowledge, practice, and confidence to grow your computer skills.
