Gentle Yoga
Find out why so many have found yoga improves flexibility, strength, posture, and balance, and provides a sense of physical and spiritual wellness. Yoga is an ancient form of therapeutic movement, and Gentle Yoga is designed for people of any level of physical ability who prefer a more mindful, gentle practice. Tai Chi for Summer Health and Energy
You’ll practice outside in the grass as well as inside the studio for this 4-session summer workout designed for beginning and continuing students. The gentle movements of Tai Chi focus on balance, joint mobility, circulation, endurance, and energy (chi). Ideal as a short introduction or a chance to practice. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
