Fundamentals of Real Estate (online)
NMC is pleased to announce the addition of an online
option for the Fundamentals of Real Estate. This new option
satisfies the 40-hour education requirement to obtain the State of Michigan
Real Estate Salesperson's License. Based on mastery and fluency, the course
covers topics which include: contracts, property ownership, liens, community
ownership, title and title transfer, property description, leasing, land use
and taxation, Michigan rules and law, agency, fair housing, the Americans
with Disabilities Act, pricing, finance, and more. Upon successful completio,
students will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to sit for
the state licensing exam.
