Media Distribution:
Renting Media Equipment,
Confirming Schedule of Equipment,
and Getting Technical Support

 

    Renting Equipment (Will there be a cost?)  
    Equipment rental/use is available at no cost for all NMC on-campus instructional and related activities. Outside clients requesting media or computer equipment use may be assessed a fee. Contact the Educational Media Technologies Office at 995-1070 for more information. 


    Confirming that your Equipment is Scheduled
    We post media equipment reservations online for 10 days out. We recommend you check the 10-Day Equipment Reservation Schedule whenever you have requested equipment to verify accuracy. 


    Getting Technical Support

    • Before calling our office, check the A/C plug and/or on-off switches. This is a common mistake made by us all!
    • Call 995-1071 and ask to speak to a Media Technician.
    • If your media equipment needs repair or servicing contact a Media Technician at 995-1071. Almost all NMC media equipment is in the Educational Media Technologies inventory and will be serviced and maintained by us. There are phones in each classroom that can be used to get direct service.
