What If There Is A Change In My Financial Situation?
If there is a change in your (or your parent if you are dependent) financial situation after you file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you may wish to complete a Special Circumstance form.

NOTE: If you are filing this form after December 31, you will have to provide the financial aid office with copies of the appropriate tax form for the new filing year i.e. if you are attending the 2006-2007 academic year and file the Special Circumstance form after December 31, 2006 the financial aid office will require the 2006 IRS tax forms.
