Help Desk
Your gateway to NMC technology support. Phone or submit a help ticket. The Help Desk can't be available all day, everyday; but staff does monitor the submitted tickets frequently. On a normal workday you can expect an acknowledgment that it is being worked on within 12 hours or less (most within an hour or two). On weekends or holidays it may take 24-48 hours for a response.

The FLO Office is the technology support area for NMC eLearning. It is part of Educational Media Technologies, located in Osterlin down the hallway from the Center for Learning. You may want to meet with a FLO staff member if you need assistance in general eLearning or other related online technology questions that are related to an online course. Appointments are recommended, but generally someone is in that can help you if you just stop by.
