Criminal Justice Program

Offered through The Michigan Community College Virtual Learning Collaborative by Delta College, Northwestern Michigan College, and West Shore Community College

Students who complete the program are prepared to transfer to a four-year college or university and continue study toward a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law, security, public service, and law enforcement. There are a variety of career opportunities at the local, state and national level in criminal justice; the profession is turning to college-educated personnel. Students completing this program will receive an Associate in Science and Arts degree from Northwestern Michigan College. It is recommended that students wishing to transfer to a 4-year college review the transfer guides for the colleges of choice since transfer requirements may differ between institutions. For more information about the program contact Al Hart at (231) 995-1283 or ahart@nmc.edu.
