Memorials

To honor the memory of a loved one, friend or business colleague, you may

• Write a check in any amount payable to the NMC Foundation
• Tell us whom you wish to memorialize

When we receive your check, we will:

• Send a thank-you letter to you for tax purposes
• Notify the family that a gift was made by you in memory of the deceased

All memorial gifts go directly to support the area of greatest need at NMC unless you choose to designate your gift more specifically.
