Background Information in the Field:

Started my career as a nursing assistant. I received my PN training at Mercy School of Practical Nursing, received my ADN and BSN from Ferris State University, and my MSN from Grand Valley State University. I am certified as a CCRN, Family Nurse Practitioner. I am ACLS certified and am a BLS instructor for both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross. Spent most of my nursing career working in a combined coronary intensive unit, and teaching. I have supervision experience. I also have emergency room experience, medical-surgical experience, and nursing home experience.
