Lodging

Rates

Single Rooms:	$50 per night/per person + tax
Double Rooms:	$35 per night/per person + tax
Double Rooms:	$70.00 per night/per family + tax (A family is defined as parent(s) and up to four children under the age of 18, legally defined as dependents of the adults). Please be aware that there are 4 twin size beds to a suite. Cots or additional beds are not available.

The rooms are configured in suites. Each suite consists of two rooms connected by a bathroom. Each room has two beds, either two dressers & armoire or a built in closet/dresser. Desks cannot be guaranteed.

Linens are available by reservation and require a $100 deposit (Linens include: bottom fitted sheet, top sheet, a blanket, a wash cloth and a small towel). Group participants are required to bring their own pillow.

Deposits

Room Deposit:	30% of total room charge for group reservations.
Linens:	$100 (this will be applied toward balance)
Keys:	$100 ($5 charge per missing key - the remainder applied toward balance)

Snacks and/or catered events are also available for your group. Please call 231-995-1678 for pricing and services available.

Final meal charges will be based on the guaranteed meal count give 14 days before arrival.
