Program & Service Specific Surveys

Program Review of Occupational Education (PROE)

The PROE surveys are administered annually in different occupational areas. Students, faculty, administrative employees, and advisory councils are surveyed with four different instruments. The results are used in program review reports which are also reported to the the State of Michigan.

Dental Demographics

The Dental Demographics survey is administered annually in the Dental Assistant classes. The students are surveyed in order to draw information for the ADA Annual Survey.

Dental Intern

The Dental Intern survey is administered fall, spring and summer semesters to students in HDA 231 & 232 to determine if students have the applicable skills needed at the Internship level. Results are used for individual and program review.

Legal Assistant Employer

The attorney-employer survey is administered in the spring of each year, and is administered to the supervising attorneys of law offices within Grand Traverse and the surrounding counties. The results are reviewed by the coordinator and advisory board of the Legal Assistant Program to make substantive and procedural improvements in the program.

Legal Assistant Intern Outcomes

The program outcomes assessment is administered in May of each year, and is completed by the intern's supervising office at the conclusion of the Legal Assistant Internship course (PAR 230). The results are reviewed by the coordinator and advisory board of the Legal Assistant Program to make substantive and procedural improvements in the program.

Legal Assistant Student

The student survey is administered in the spring of each year, and is administered to students within the Legal Assistant Program. The results are reviewed by the coordinator and advisory board of the Legal Assistant Program to make substantive and procedural improvements in the program.

Legal Assistant Graduate Follow-up The graduate follow-up survey is administered in the spring of each year, and is administered to recent graduates of the Legal Assistant Program. The results are reviewed by the coordinator and advisory board of the Legal Assistant Program to make substantive and procedural improvements in the program.
Nursing Graduate The Nursing Graduate Survey is administered 6 months after students graduate from the Associate Degree or Practical Nursing programs. Results are used for program review and public assessment of the program.
