How did the Global Literature Reading Group get started?

Connie Jason attended a session at The League of Innovation and heard Scott Zaluda from Westchester Community College of New York speak about a faculty development activity centered around the reading of global literature. She was very enthusiastic about the idea and decided to bring the concept to NMC. Connie formed a committee, which began meeting in September and we all agreed that the Global Literature Reading Group would be a great way to bring NMC faculty and staff together to engage in pleasurable conversation through a common reading experience.
