Reserve Materials
Do you have that perfect book to supplement your
course material for the semester? Maybe a video in a catalog caught your
eye. The format of your supplemental materials does not matter; just don't
forget the best place for them is on RESERVE at the Osterlin Library.
You just need to let us know what materials you need, and we will make
sure your students have access to those materials 72hours per week. (yep,
that's 72hours of in-library viewing, reading time EVERY week during the
semester!).
If your reserve item is available from one of the
Library's electronic resources, students may be able to view
it from anywhere the Internet is available. The Library has initiated
a new process that allows for "links" to be added to the reserve
desk (in WebCat).
This has opened up the opportunity for students to view those materials
from home, work or anywhere on campus where access to the Internet is
available.

beginning of classes each semester. |
We will check our databases for
electronic access and notify you of the status of the article's availability. |

(EMT) has a video you wish to put on reserve, please contact Sharon
Kelley at 995-1075. Sharon will provide the library with a copy for
the reserve shelf. |

What else do I need to know?
To view a video or checkout any print reserve materials,
the student must have a valid library card. To get a library card, the
student must provide library staff with a valid driver's license or student
identification card. Without a library card, the student may not
be able to check out reserve materials needed to complete your course.
