Strategic Planning and Technology

NMC is currently engaged in strategic planning. The Teaching, Learning and Technology Team can help to frame the issues and provide input on possible actions for the Strategic Planning Committee. In preparation for that discussion, Jan and Craig have put together an overview of strategic drivers related to the use of technology to support learning and teaching. At this meeting we will discuss the Team's role in strategic planning and the process we want to use.

Computer Classrooms and Labs - Right Capacity

There are several questions related to the right number of computer labs and classrooms for our campus. We need to frame the issue, and identify people who can develop an analysis of the issues, the needs, and the possibilities. At this meeting you will receive some information on the current use of NMC's computer classrooms and labs.

Online Course Development

What criteria should be used to determine which courses should be targeted for online development. While this is related to strategic planning, there are some issues that need to be resolved now. Jan will present the issues and get volunteers to work on this.
