NMC holds Constitution Day panel discussionTRAVERSE CITY, MI – Northwestern Michigan College will mark Constitution Day Sept. 17 with a free public panel discussion on the cornerstone document of American democracy. Constitution Day marks the date in 1787 when delegates to the Constitutional Convention met for the final time in Philadelphia to sign the document that created the three-branch system of government – legislative, executive and judicial – of the United States.
