America's Career Information Network
ACINET.org is a very useful site. It can provide wage and employment projection information for all areas in the United States including northwest Michigan. It also give a wealth of information pertaining to specific careers as to what it takes to this job and what type of preparation is required. It will even identify names of employers in each geographical area in Michigan that hire specific job types. At Northwestern Michigan College we refer to this site for anyone seeking employment opportunities or making a career change.
