Withdrawing from College

Students who wish to drop all of their classes need to do so through the Records Office or online at www.nmc.edu/webregistration. They may also mail or fax (231-995-1570) a letter to the Records Office indicating they are withdrawing from college. Also include in the letter the date they last attended. The date the letter is received is the official date of the withdrawal. Withdrawing from all classes is subject to the same deadlines as dropping classes. See the semester schedule of classes for specific deadline dates. Students on financial aid who are withdrawing from college should contact the Financial Aid office to see how withdrawal will affect their financial aid.
