Garde Manger Reception

Thank you for joining us in Lobdell's, A Teaching Restaurant on Dec. 8, 2023 and enjoying a tasting menu featuring creations by students in Chef Jim Morse's Garde Manger class. Students highlighted key concepts from the class and prepared dishes inspired by specific chosen themes. 

A portion of ticket sales went to the NMC Foundation to support scholarship opportunities for Great Lakes Culinary Institute students.
