SLM provides management and technical support for all local area network operations and the 1,200 desktop computers on five different campuses. In order to efficiently and effectively support this system we have developed response priorities when dealing with issues and problems.

  1. Networks and servers - obviously our highest priority
  2. Computer classrooms - used for instructional purposes
  3. Instructor computers in general classrooms
  4. Computer labs - used by students to work on assignments
  5. Faculty and staff office computers
  6. Other requests
