Training & Research staff can work with you to develop customized assessments to address your specific needs.

  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the most widely used psychological assessment tools for indicating personality styles and preferences. It provides individuals with better insight into their own style of work and an appreciation for others’ styles. An excellent tool for developing leadership strengths and team building. This tool demonstrates how differences can be valuable rather than divisive and shows how differences can be used constructively to improve problem solving, communication, manage conflict, and increase understanding.

  • DiSC provides a nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across four primary dimensions: Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

Technical Skills Assessments

Assist organizations in identifying core competencies for each job classification and objectively measure employee competence, identify training needs, and measure training outcomes. These assessments provide an objective tool to assess skills of potential workers as well as incumbent workers seeking promotion.
