Coaching

Coaching is a technique used to help individuals or small groups work on specific skills they wish to develop or goals they wish to achieve. The coaching process uses listening, reflecting, brainstorming and suggesting in order to help the individual focus, discover possibilities, plan action and overcome obstacles. Because of the personalized approach, the individual can often make substantial progress quickly.

Individual Coaching

Will help participants increase skill transfer from training to the work environment. It can serve as an enhancement for any training topic such as supervisory skills, team skills, customer service, etc. Additionally, coaching can be the most effective method of addressing individual performance issues within an organization.

TRAC Coaching

One-on-One Training

Is individualized training designed to improve the specific skills and knowledge for one or a few participants. Most training content can be delivered in this format, which was created to meet the needs of employers and employees where timeliness and flexibility are critical. Though typically more expensive than traditional group training, it can be far less costly than sending employees to out-of-town training when lost work time and travel costs are considered. The integrated, individualized coaching that is the foundation of this format has the added benefit of increasing the transfer of skills and knowledge to the workplace. Coaching has shown to be the most effective method of addressing individual performance issues within an organization.
