The Active Learning Model

Training & Research courses follow the Active Learning Model™. The ALM was developed to dramatically increase the effectiveness of training by focusing on specific, measurable learning objectives. The objectives are achieved by brief skill demonstrations, participant skill practices and 360° feedback and coaching. The process is repeated until the participant can demonstrate the skill specified in the learning objective. Certified ALM instructors conduct Training & Research courses.
