The Leadership TRAC

Effective leadership is achieved with a combination of personal skills, interpersonal skills and task-oriented skills. The Leadership TRAC includes training, feedback and coaching in each of these areas. Specific training and practice can help anyone in a leadership position improve their effectiveness.

  • Assessment
    Pre-training 360 degree assessment on essential supervisory / leadership skills.
  • Customized Leadership Development Plan
    Develop a plan that fits your individual company / organization’s needs.
  • Training
    Active, hands-on training delivered in interactive groups of 10-15.
  • Coaching
    One-on-one or small group follow-up.
  • On-going Assessment
    Continuous improvement through on-going measurement and adjustment according to development plans.
