Consortium membership includes an Executive-Level Overview that addresses the change in culture and Lean metrics which occur during Lean transformation.
Future Executive Roundtables may include Hoshin Planning and Lean Sustainability targeted at C-level executives.
How do I prevent competitors from seeing my operation?
Memberships are on a first-come, first-serve basis and members have the right to restrict others from participating in their plant tours or Kaizen projects.
Non-disclosure agreements will be signed by all members.
Is my registration transferable?
To achieve the greatest impact for your organization, the goal is to have one committed person per registration follow all sessions. Substitutions will be allowed when unforeseen circumstances arise.
