$800 investment for the Lean Learner includes:

  • One-person membership with a second person at no additional cost
  • Additional members at $400 each
  • Two-hour Organizational Culture Readiness assessment and Executive-Level Overview (value: $500)

Lean Practitioner

A $3,000 investment for the Lean Champion Certification and Lean Kaizen includes:

  • One-person membership with a second person at half price
  • Two-hour Organizational Culture Readiness assessment and Executive-Level Overview
    (value: $500)
  • Lean Champion training - 104 hours of practical application (value: $2,800 per person)
  • 16 hours of Kaizen assistance from six or more Lean Champion trainees and one expert Lean Kaizen facilitator (value: included in the training)
  • Kaizen preparation planning and facilitation

How do I prevent competitors from seeing my operation?

  • Memberships are on a first-come, first-serve basis and members have the right to restrict others from participating in their plant tours or Kaizen projects.
  • Non-disclosure agreements will be signed by all members.

Is my registration transferable?

  • To achieve the greatest impact for your organization, the goal is to have one committed person per registration follow all sessions. Substitutions will be allowed when unforeseen circumstances arise.
