Lean Enterprise

The Lean TRAC is a customized plan to take your company from introduction of Lean, through the successful implementation of Lean tools. We recognize that your company is unique so every Lean Enterprise transformation plan is unique as well and conducted in your own facility.

Training & Research can provide full support of a company’s Lean implementation. Assessment, training, facilitation and coaching services can assist an organization in applying the skills of Lean. Training & Research can help reduce product or service lead times, identify space and equipment capacity, improve sales per employee, reduce waste and improve focus on customer value throughout an organization.

For further information on Lean Enterprise, please contact Linda Racine, Darrell Rogers, or Richard Wolin.
