CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting was called to order at 12:20 p.m. by Chair Elaine Wood.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved on a motion by Robert Chase, seconded by Cheryl Follette.
PUBLIC INPUT
There was no public input offered.
PAUL STAUDER RECOMMENDATION
Cheryl Follette made a motion, seconded by Robert Chase, that the recommendation
presented by Financial Consultant Paul Stauder of Stauder, Barch & Associates
be rejected. Motion passed.
APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR MANAGING UNDERWRITER
Cheryl Follette made a motion that the board appoint Merrill Lynch as senior managing
underwriter for the NMC bond sale and that the financial consultant, Stauder,
Barch & Associates, coordinate the selection of co-manager and selling group members
to best facilitate retail marketing of the bonds within the community, seconded
by Robert Chase. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:45 p.m.
