Bill Dalbec, Wirthlin Worldwide, presented the results of the voter survey
that they recently conducted in the Grand Traverse area, made strategy recommendations,
and answered questions from the board. The board discussed potential dates for
an NMC bond election and the bond amount needed. No decisions were made or actions
taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
