The special meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Michael McManus.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved on a motion by Elaine Wood, seconded by Robert Chase.
PUBLIC INPUT
There was no public input.
WEST BAY CAMPUS / ARCHITECT
Elaine Wood made a motion, seconded by Shirley Okerstrom, to authorize the administration
to enter into a contract with AAI in the amount of $96,000 (proposal amount of
$87,638, plus 10% contingency) to develop the schematic designs necessary for
the West Bay Campus Program Statement. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
