The Board of Trustees met with Dr. Gary W. Davis, ACCT consultant and Executive
Director of the Illinois Community College Trustees Association. Dr. Davis presented
information on board governance, board decision-making, and Board of Trustees
policies related to these topics. No decisions were made or actions taken.
The study session adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
