The special meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by Chair Michael McManus.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved on a motion by Elaine Wood, seconded by Shirley Okerstrom.
PUBLIC INPUT
There was no public input offered.
APPOINTMENT OF TIMOTHY J. NELSON
Elaine Wood made a motion, seconded by Robert Chase, to approve the appointment
of Timothy J. Nelson as Executive Director of Administrative Services, effective
March 27, 2000. This is a regular, full-time executive staff position. Motion
passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
