The special meeting was called to order at 8:05 p.m. by Chair Michael
McManus.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved on a motion by Jack Stegenga, seconded by Shirley
Okerstrom.
PUBLIC INPUT
None.
DENNOS MUSEUM CENTER / RESTORATION WORK
Robert Chase made a motion, seconded by Shirley Okerstrom, to authorize
the administration to award a contract to Helms Caulking in the amount
of $32,750 to do restoration work (cleaning, sealing and waterproofing,
as well as repair to a roof leak in the northeast corner) on the Dennos
Museum Center exterior, as recommended by the Building and Site Committee.
Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:08 p.m.
