The special meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m. by Vice Chair Cheryl Follette.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
On a motion by Jack Stegenga, seconded by Robert Chase, the agenda was approved.
PUBLIC INPUT
None.
APPOINTMENT OF NMC FELLOWS
Elaine Wood made a motion, seconded by Robert Chase, to appoint George C. Comden,
Bart T. Stupak, and Norman R. and Marjory A. Veliquette 2001 Fellows of Northwestern
Michigan College, with all the honors and privileges pertaining thereto. Motion
passed.
DISCUSSION
President Tim Nelson distributed copies of a security proposal to the board for
their review and input.
ADJOURNMENT
The special meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
