The board met with the president and executive staff to discuss the process/profile to be used in selecting a trustee to fill a vacancy; the process to be used in evaluating the president; the opening week message to the College community from the president and board; the board retreat; and NMC owned properties. No decisions were made or actions taken.
The study session adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
