Chair Cheryl Follette called the special meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Elaine Wood, seconded by Jack Stegenga.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
The board discussed: 1) the County Tax Collection proposal to more efficiently
collect personal property taxes; 2) building names, and 3) budget development.
No decisions were made or actions taken.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
