B.S. in Accountancy

The accountancy program is designed to integrate a liberal arts foundation with a professional field of study. It prepares students for employment in public accounting firms, industry, and non-profit and educational institutions through knowledge of the basic functions of auditing, taxation, management services and systems, as well as for graduate education in accounting, business, or law. To sit for the CPA exam, students must now complete additional coursework beyond the bachelor’s degree.

The FSU College of Business is pursuing ACBSP (Association of College   Business Schools and Programs) accreditation.
