B. S. in Secondary Teacher Education

This program prepares people to teach in junior high and high school, in vocational and occupational programs, in area skill centers, and in community colleges. It also prepares people to work in industry. This program is limited to the following majors: allied health education, biology education, business education, chemistry education, mathematics education, technical education, training in business and industry, and wage earning home economics education. The curricula in business education, math education, science education, technical education, and wage earning home economics education are approved by the Michigan Department of Education for the State Secondary Provisional Certificate.
