B.A. in Management and Organizational Development

The MOD degree is based on an accelerated, interdisciplinary organizational management curriculum. Students engage in practical involvement with businesses and/or community organizations, as well as clear curriculum integration with Christian thought. Studies include organizational behavior, group dynamics, leadership, employee satisfaction, and motivational plans and strategies.

Appealing to a wide range of vocations and professions, the MOD program seeks to prepare the individual student for managerial leadership for a Christian liberal arts perspective.
