Inclement Weather

A decision to delay or close the NMC University Center is concomitant with Northwestern Michigan College and will be communicated by 6 a.m. for daytime schedules and 3 p.m. for evening schedules.

Up-to-date information regarding NMC and UC delays or closures (but not individual class cancellations) will be communicated on the University Center’s main telephone number at (231) 995-1777 as well as reported to area radio and television stations, campus video monitors, Cable Channel 13, and NMC’s website.

All individual class cancellations are determined by individual universities (see University Center Directory). Students should call their institution for up-to-date cancellation information. Cancellations will also be posted at the UC Welcome Center.
