Refresher & Remedial Courses

Refresher and remedial courses are acceptable as course work toward a student's program when school officials place the student into those courses. Placement by testing, transcript review, or class work is the determining factor. While remedial classes do not count toward completion of a program, the VA accepts them as necessary for a student to perform at the required level that will be needed in their program requirements.
