I found that my college experience and my experience on the White Pine Press have helped make me who I am today. I learned that my responsibilities affected more than just myself, but also others around me. I had never really had a lot of confidence in myself and when I joined the paper, I learned that it takes the whole team working together, helping and supporting others to make the job a success! We lived and learned together. Thank you so much, Jill and Marilyn, for believing in me! I’ve learned that doing the best I can doesn’t mean necessarily that I won’t stumble along the way, but you live and learn and as long as I try, I’ll never be a failure.
