WPP gave me the opportunity to experience every aspect of newspaper production, not just writing, but photography, design, editing and management as well. I believe the chance to learn all of those things has given me much more perspective when I’m working on a project now, and to present that project in the best possible light.

After graduating from NMC, I attended Oakland University through the University Center. I married Marc Cram in August 2001, and began working for the Grand Traverse Sheriff’s office just prior to our wedding, and am employed there as an office Specialist in the Corrections Division. Marc and I have 2 Labrador Retrievers, yellow and chocolate. I enjoy photography, gardening, kayaking and taking it easy with friends. We love Jimmy Buffett.
